World Scholar’s Cup Hunter Regional Round
Last Thursday and Friday, the talented Phoenix Denny proudly represented our school at the World Scholar’s Cup Hunter Regional Round.
This global academic competition brings together young people from around the world to challenge their knowledge, critical thinking, and teamwork skills through a variety of events, including debating, collaborative writing, and the Scholar’s Challenge.
Over the two-day event, he embraced every opportunity — from testing his knowledge across diverse topics to engaging in thought-provoking discussions. One of the highlights was making new friends from different schools and backgrounds, sharing ideas, and celebrating a shared love of learning.
We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, perseverance, and curiosity he demonstrated throughout the competition. His positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges are an inspiration to our whole school community.
Congratulations on this outstanding achievement Phoenix!
